Award is presented to an African American Same Gender Loving female whose positive contributions have helped make the plight of African American LGBT individuals less challenging. The recipient of this award is recognized for their successful efforts as a dynamic motivator of local, state, and national support for the equality of all LGBT individuals.
Living Legend Award-Male
Awarded to Derick Milesk
Award is presented to an African American Same Gender Loving male whose positive contributions have helped make the plight of African American LGBT individuals less challenging. The recipient of this award is recognized for their successful efforts as a dynamic motivator of local, state, and national support for the equality of all LGBT individuals.
LOSF Member of the Year
Awarded to Chastity Kirven
Nominees: Shay Jackson, Chastity Kirven, Jai Makokha Award is presented to an LOSF member who has taken ownership in the organization and has worked to make LOSF a viable entity in the African American LGBT community.

Awarded to Silkie O'hara Munro
Nominees: Sam Green, Silkie O'hara Munro, Tommie Ross Award is presented to an African American LGBT individual who has exhibited excellence in he Performing Arts.

Awarded to Rodgerick Bradley
Nominees: Rodgerick Bradley, Glenn Hunter, Roy Murray Award is presented to an African American individual who has provided the LGBT community a place of entertainment and/or enjoyment while keeping the African American sense of entrepreneurship alive.
Community Service Award
